SIAMA World Mission Travel is a society specialised in Missionary travel.
We arrange advantageous air travel for Missionaries, non-profit development workers and their direct relatives (visiting you in the Mission field) throughout the whole world.

Mr. Leo Ruygrok founded SIAMA in Leiden, the Netherlands in 1970. We started with only 300 passengers per year and a staff of 3. Mrs. Betty Ruygrok has been president of SIAMA since 1992, and we now have a staff of
14-16 and 20,000 passengers on our books.

SIAMA is not a regular travel agency. SIAMA stands for Society for the Interest of Active Missionaries Abroad. We feel close to the purpose of your work, and we are happy to help save you money on your travel arrangements to and from the Mission field so that you can put your funds to good use elsewhere.

As we are a society, only members may make use of our facilities. We enjoy this personal approach and build in benefits for you when possible. Every year we negotiate very special fares with first class airlines. You can be certain that SIAMA will check the best and most advantageous way for you to travel. Every year we distribute our brochure to our members worldwide. As well as comprehensive details on how to book flights, the guide contains features on our members and other important information about our services. You can download the latest version of the brochure here.
